The location across from the mall was great. EASY walk.
The staff were rude, i think they couldn't provide good service. We had to remind them about everything for a LONG time. The window was damaged, and the washroom fan didn't work. EVERYTHING was frustrating.

fantastic hotel stay!

the location is really great, close to the metro and the mall. getting to global village and miracle garden was easy, buses run from the bus stop near the mall's metro station. i appreciated being within walking distance of many restaurants and a carrefour. the daily top-up of water, coffee, tea, and fresh towels was convenient. wifi worked very well too.
The shower didn't drain properly, leading to a flooded bathroom. This issue took two days to resolve. i reported this incident promptly to three different people, but the repair process was slow. i almost slipped on the wet floor a few times, quite dangerous. i believe faster maintenance response times are needed for such problems.

the hotel provides essential amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center that includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a swimming pool available with approximately twenty loungers, alongside a shaded section for those seeking respite from the sun. these facilities helped with relaxation.

The location was acceptable. It's near enough to the places i needed to visit.
The breakfast area was chaotic. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to guests. the rooms themselves seemed like they were nearing the end of their lifespan. to top it off, the corridors had this persistent, unpleasant odor. I'm not sure what it was. applying, twice.
